Area Manager (Mobile Phone Products)

Responsible for the sell through/out overall plans and achieve sell out target in certain area.- Develop new retailers, dealers, main the relationships with retailers, dealers, store managers, and their employees, solve their problems, to ensure the store coverage rate, to provide training to them and improve retail store sell out performance.- Manage promoter team, including target setting and sell out performance management, attendance management, daily management, and in store training.- Manage the company retail store merchandising, ensure POSM and gift, live demo units display in order, maintain retail store image and brand image according to the guideline, and build brand awareness- Understand retail promotions/ activities and perform good execution. Develop area promotion plan to improve sell out- To report & gather all customer feedback & market information & competitor information**Job Requirements**:- Work Experience 1~3 years of working experience in the related field is required for these positions- Language Proficiency Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required- Working Hour: 5 days of work per week (Two days off)- Preferred Age Group 20 - 40-Year-Old**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company carApplication Question(s):- Do you have working experience in the mobile phone industry?
