Area Sales Manager

**Regional Management**:Oversee and manage the sales team in **Kelantan & Terengganu** area, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.Develop strategic plans for the assigned regions based on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales data.**Sales Development**:Identify potential areas of growth within the regions and implement initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities.Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper distribution across all retail outlets in this areas.**Relationship Building**:Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in this regions.**Training & Development**:Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.Mentor and coach sales representatives, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.**Budgeting & Forecasting**:Forecast sales trends for each region.**Reporting**:Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for both regions to upper management.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies to address them.**Compliance**:Ensure all sales activities in both regions comply with company policies.Stay informed about changes in tobacco-related legislation in Malaysia and ensure the team's adherence.Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Tobacco Industry: 1 year (preferred)- Sales: 2 years (preferred)- managerial: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Malay (preferred)- English (preferred)
