**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion by overseeing the art, photo, copy and layout for creative projects.- Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences- Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables- Implement policies and standards that reinforce the organisation's branding strategy & quality goals.- Working with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications by directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.- Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.- Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on organisation requirements.- Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.- A minimum of 5 years' digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies as an individual contributor- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience with extensive knowledge of the department process- A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Art Director: 2 years (required)Expected Start Date: 10/01/2023
