When you combine the efforts of both companies together - you get the power of 2 full service agencies that are ready to help their clients pivot their business to the next level.Do you have what it takes to be a part of this award winning combination?DESIGNATION : Ascentis- Marketing Ops Specialist - MalaysiaRESPONSIBILITIES- Relevant SQL database experience (Prefer MSSQL)- Familiar with Web Development best practices and SDLC- Investigate, document, and track issues reported by client to closure.- Knowledge and understanding of CRM, Loyalty Programs, eCommerce, or Social and Digital Media is ideal.- Have the ability to understand client's requirements to align with their strategic business objectives- Work with internal solution and project teams to deliver quality services to our clients- Foster and nurture long term client relationships- Ensure outstanding issues reported by customers are resolved on time- Follow-up on resolved issues to make sure post mortem analysis report are documented- Review and highlight action points for reoccurrence issues- Work with Accounts Servicing to manage Change Requests for existing customers- Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Minimum 3 years work experience.QUALIFICATIONS- Understand support framework like ITIL, ITSM- Account Servicing experience with at least some experience in support and solutioning for CRM & Loyalty, Software, Social and Digital Media space.- Self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team atmosphere.
