Assembly Supervisor

Assembly Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated machine. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets.Assembly Supervisor Job Description:- Direct production operations in accrdance with established priorities and sequences for manufacturing products using knowledge of production processes and methods, machine and equipment capabilities and skilled labor- Assist Quality Assurance and RND personnel in testing, Troubleshooting and modifying processes to impro production methods, equipment performance and quality of products- Create a culture of "zero injuries" through the deployment of world class safety systems and processes- Develop procedures, work instructions and standard training plans on new equipment operation, part processes and part quality inspection- Ensure operators are fully trained, on schedule, to meet safety, quality and production goals.- Manages the internal auditor team for the assembly division.- Analyzes data regarding quality performance of assembly division.- Experience : 3 years and above as Supervisor in Machinery Manufacturing.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
