Asset Management Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Establish a comprehensive system for tracking and recording all company assets, including physical and digital assets.- Maintain accurate asset records, including asset descriptions, serial numbers, locations, and ownership details.- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of assets.- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.- Monitor asset performance and address any issues or breakdowns promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.- Generate regular reports on asset utilization, performance, and maintenance activities for management review.- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize asset allocation and usage.- Assist in developing procedures and guidelines for asset management.**We're looking for someone with**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in asset management, preferably in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and techniques.- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions.- Knowledge in Broadcast/Production equipment will be an added advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 08/15/2023
