Position: Assignment OfficerLocation: Batu Kawan, Penang1. Monitor and manage the organization's roster planning process to ensure optimal allocation of resources and staffing levels for all assignments.2. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand staffing needs and preferences, ensuring efficient deployment of workers and billing invoices.3. Serve as a point of reference for workers, providing guidance, support, and leadership in their day-to-day tasks and assignments.4. Ensure the smooth execution of daily operations by monitoring performance metrics and addressing any operational issues or challenges promptly.5.Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline workflow processes and optimize operational efficiency.6. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with RBA standards and regulatory guidelines.7. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on implementing RBA principles and best practices, facilitating compliance with client requirements.8. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate compliance with RBA standards and identify opportunities for improvement.9. Handle various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities.10. Assist with special initiatives or operational projects to support organizational goals and objectives.Job Requirements:- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in managing industrial security teams.- Experience in handling a large headcount within a security context.Knowledge:- Proficiency in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) methodologies and implementation within industrial security settings.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
