Assistant - Account

To assist in handling accounting data entry (eg. invoices key-in and matching payments) and daily operations of accounting function- Responsible for rental, utility and deposit schedules and oversee landlord statement reconciliation- To perform vendor payment by using local banks and Supply Chain Financing (bank facilities) for mid and month end- To check staff claims and verify suppliers payment batch- In charge of inter-co billing and monthly SOA- In charge of new store opening store float- Able to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned**; Requirements**:- Possess minimum a diploma/degree in Finance/Account or other relevant field- 1-2 years working experience in Account Payable, book keeping or related disciplines will be added advantage- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
