Assistant Accountant

**Asst Accountant Qualifications / Skills**:- Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.- Auditing and rectifying account inconsistencies.- Monitoring banking activities made through the organisation's account.- Competing daily and annual financial reports.- Ensuring that expenditures stay within budget.- Arranging internal and external financial checks.- Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.- Create daily reports for management and team members.- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.- Manage payroll activities and release salaries.- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.- Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.- Finish a bachelor's degree and consider completing further study to become an Accountant.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal provided
