Now, they are looking for an Assistant Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team.**Your new role**- Responsible for the general accounting functions of the company.- Hands on preparing full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR etc) and ensures timely closing of month-end accounts.- Analyses financial statements, monitors and manages cash flow and prepares estimates and calculations of projected expenditures.- Supervises, plans, coordinates and monitors the daily activities of the company.- Recommends, implements and administers policies and procedures to enhance overall accounting procedures.- Oversees and consolidates the budget preparation according to the budget calendar.- Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of statutory, company and other reports**What you'll need to succeed**- Must be okay with 5.5 working days arrangement, which means alternate Saturday half day working from home.- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, an added advantage to have professional qualifications (ACCA / CPA / ICAEW / CIMA / MIA / MICPA etc).- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting & finance.- Possess excellent analytical skills for interpretation of data and statistics and problem-solving.- Mature with dynamic interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset.- Self-starter with initiative, result orientated and highly motivated.- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.**What you'll get in return**- Attractive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work with a top market leader organisation.- Performance bonus provided.- Flexible working hours.- Career progression to Managerial level.**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
