Assistant Cafe Manager - Shell Presint 8 Drive Thru

Assist the Cafe Manager in managing the outlet according to company standard in sales, staffing, visual merchandising, operations and fulfill any duties assigned by the Cafe Manager.**Responsibilities**:- Assist the Cafe Manager in managing the profitable store, execute product & sales promotion, draft / arrange crew schedules, and educating all crews on all products & services.- Document & complete shift report.- Perform a daily inventory of baked offs and daily items to ensure that a par stock is maintained.- Properly open and close the cafe as well as handling and taking over shifts.- Verify and submit crew attendance in a timely manner.- Retain and grooming crews.- Maintain a comfortable & conducive outlet.**Qualification**:- Graduate with Diploma/Degree in F&B with 2 years of working experience in a related field.- Without paper qualification but with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in F&B is welcome as well.**Salary**: Up to RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- F&B managerial: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Putrajaya (preferred)
