Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Secretarial Duties
Assist to manage a portfolio of companies incorporated in multiple jurisdictions supported by SSC.
Assist on full spectrum of corporate secretarial work including but not limited to incorporate company, to prepare resolutions & minutes, to prepare and arrange statutory filings and to assist with KYC.
Update and maintain as well as take custody (if applicable) of all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents by ensuring the completeness of ViewPoint.
Client servicing responsibilities, i.e. attend to needs of clients/business partners.
General administrative work and filing of documents.
Complete task record and timesheet in an accurate and timely manner.
You are to familiarize yourself with the various legislations in particular, the Companies Act of jurisdictions supported by SSC.
Client/Business Partner servicing responsibilities
To render sound advice to client/business partners in particularly, matters related to annual compliance, specific and ad hoc tasks with supervision.

In our quest for growth, our functions will increase and your scope will become wider. As such, you may be required to undertake special assignments, ad-hoc/other functions and related duties as the Management sees fit from time to time.
Key requirements:
Possess an Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration (ICSA) qualification and is a member of MAICSA.
2 to 3 years‘ of relevant experience.
Must be familiar with Companies Act, willing to acquire knowledge on acts and regulations of other jurisdictions and other offshore regulations.
Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, strong initiative and able to work under strict datelines.
Ability to speak and write mandarin is a must due to this position is to support HK portfolios.
