**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.- Generate sales leads.- Identify and assess customers' needs as well recommend possible products to achieve satisfaction.- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.- Refer issues and questions to team members if necessary.- Daily posting on social media - WhatsApp status & Instagram story.- Google review and take a patient photo.- Update statistics (Stats) inquiry form every day.- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.- Prepare a PPT slides of patient information for doctor's module.- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.- Take the extra mile to engage customers.**Requirement**:- Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field related.- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative- Good time management and organizing skills.- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.- Willing to learn.- Proficient in using basic Microsoft office.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Retention bonusApplication Question(s):- This job is currently in Kuala Lumpur.
