Details of the offer

Responsible for overseeing all housekeeping/Laundry operations to deliver an excellent service.- To evaluate guest satisfaction and set department targets and objectives.- Inspect regularly all the fixtrures, fitting and appliances to ensure compliance to standards and take action as necessary up to standard.- Monitor the standards and performance of Housekeeping/Laundry team with an emphasis on training and teamwork.- Ensure all staffs to have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities.- Ensure proper up keep of records and inventory control of all linen and fixed assets of the Department.- Checks to ensure that duty rosters and leaves of all staff are properly planned and prepared. Plans the duty roster for Supervisor and below.- Assists in the administration works assigned.- Assists in planning, organizing and conducting Housekeeping staff's training.- Assists and relieves Assistant Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisors whenever necessary.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Other language is an advantage.- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
