Assistant Field Conductor

**Responsibilities**:- Supervise the daily activities of workers in the plantation.- Ensure that the plantation is operating efficiently and effectively.- Monitor the quality and quantity of production.- Inspect the plantation for pests and diseases.- Administer fertilisers and pesticides.- Prepare reports on plantation activities.- Comply with all safety regulations.**Job Requirements**:- Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or Plantation Management.- 2 years of experience in oil palm plantation operations.- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
