Assistant Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

About our client:This company is a well-known MNC in the manufacturing of aircraft parts and equipment business with multiple brand presence and partnerships across the globe. They are looking to hire an assistant finance manager to support the finance team for the Malaysian entityYour key responsibilities includes:Take charge of budgeting and forecasting and highlight forecast assumptions on outlooks to stakeholdersResponsible for costing analysisHandle the update of Bil of Materials and assist with closing of inventory journalsPerforn feasibility analysis on Capital Expenditure requestEnsure alignment of local processes and controllership complianceSupport audit & taxation process (internal and external)Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineeringSupport on audits, statutory reporting and taxThe ideal candidate should have:At least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)A minimum of 5 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and FP&A.Exposure in manufacturing industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
