It's an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleAs the Assistant Financial Controller you are expected to provide Financial Reporting support to the Financial Controller. This includes reports on a regular basis to facilitate managerial decision. Financial statements preparation with the assigned markets, gathering financial forecasting information from a variety of sources/systems, within the timetable and in the forms required by corporate guidelines.Role ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities are to:Responsible for the reporting of financial results for market with commentary including income, balance sheet and cash flow which is accurate, complete and:Fully compliant with all relevant accounting standards, current best practice and any other regulationsConsistently applies accounting policies which are appropriate to the current business environmentTightly controls transaction activity that operates in line with global processes and incorporates best practice financial controlsDelivers insight to the Division in key areas of risk, growth and performance making recommendations for continuous improvements and remedial action as requiredReview financial information against historical run rates and future growth plansOwns the Market balance sheets including approval of reconciliationsReview of accounting papersSupports and is responsible for the inputs to the external and internal financial audits for their Division.
