**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for and manage overall Human Resource functions such as Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, and Employee Relations.- Liaise with recruitment agencies, online job portals and internal departments on recruitment needs.- Manage recruitment activities and develop effective network with potential talent in the marketplace to proactively build up talent database for immediate and future openings.- Organise and deliver employer branding activities to manage and improve talent attraction, engagement and retention.- Generating payroll-related monthly reports and uploaded to bank with timely basis.- To liaise with government bodies for monthly statutory contribution, Income Tax, EPF, SOCSO and EIS.- To review, establish and improvise HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.- Undertake any other assignments as assigned from time to time by the Head of Dept/Management.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum 3-5 years of HR working experiences in any industry.- Good understanding of Malaysian Labor Law, Employment Act, and other statutory regulations- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with every employee at all levels of the organization.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
