Assistant In Trade Documentation, Shipping & Logistics

Job scope of duties are as follows: -
-Work closely with sales & marketing team, scheduling and arrange export shipment to meet customer order
-Monitor product stocks situation and the availability as per shipment schedule
-Liaise with marketers & suppliers to ensure product markings is accurate
-Make inquiries on vessel schedule, ocean freight and miscellaneous charges
-In charge of booking vessel space, liaise on production schedule
-Ensure all the shipment details are recorded into the ERP system
-Work closely with forwarding on containers / shipments and local transportation arrangement
-Reporting Verified Gross Mass (VGM) on time
-Preparation of shipping documents such as Shipping Instruction (SI) to suppliers and liners
-Preparation of documents for custom Declaration purpose
-Updating booking schedule spreadsheet on constant basis
-Constant follow-up and monitoring of logistic activities to ensure customer satisfactory
-Comply with all instruction, duties and works as many be assigned or given from time to time by the Company/ Head of Documentation & Logistic department/ General Manager at h-is sole and absolute discretion as he shall deem fit and proper for the benefit of the company
Other Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O"Level in any field
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
-Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
