Assistant It Trainer/Coach/Instructor

Assist the lead IT Trainer in preparing and delivering training sessions on various IT topics.- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.- Collaborate with the IT Trainer to develop and update training materials, presentations, and other resources.- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment by encouraging participant engagement and addressing questions or concerns.- Collect and analyse feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the quality of the training program.- Assist in administrative tasks related to training, including participant registrations, attendance tracking, and logístical coordination.- Excellent spoken and written English skills.- Willingness to provide training if necessary.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.- Enthusiasm for learning and helping others learn.- Familiarity with basic training methodologies and adult learning principles is a plus.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- General Training: 1 year (required)- IT Training: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Ability to Commute:- Butterworth (required)Ability to Relocate:- Butterworth: Relocate before starting work (required)
