Job Role:- Assist the lead IT Trainer in preparing and delivering training sessions on various IT topics.- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complexconcepts in a clear and understandable manner.- Collaborate with the IT Trainer to develop and update training materials, presentations, andother resources.- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment by encouraging participant engagementand addressing questions or concerns.- Collect and analyse feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the quality of thetraining program.- Assist in administrative tasks related to training.Job Requirement:- Bachelor's Degree / Master / PHD fresh graduates in computer science, IT or any related study preferred.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.- Mandarin speaker preferred.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (required)
