Excellent administration skill and communication skill.**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:**ADMIN SUPPORT**:- To handle the founder's personal banking transactions on regular basis.- To administer the end-to-end process and update PLT and SDN BHD on the latest information on shareholders and directors for the new company.- To prepare Ad-Hoc reports required by Founder / Business Head from time to time.- To look into the SOPs for the operations team.- Being the key point contact person for admin & finance support pertaining for the business portfolio assigned.**FINANCE & ACCOUNT**:- To administer admin work and financial tasks - including invoicing, financial statements, budget drafting, reporting, record and receipts, confirmation of account payable, and etc.- To responsible for monthly financial reports and filing the company's taxes.- To compile financial reports and supervising month-end processes.- To resolve financial dispute raised by customer service and colleagues.- Being the key - contact person for other departments pertaining on financials and accouting matters.- To assist Head of Finance with project and tasks required.- To update center's stock balance check (Uniforms and Books).- To monitor daily operational matter to ensure financial and accounting are on the right track.- To submit annual declaration and tax compilation.To undertake to prepare Ad-Hoc reports to top management from time to time.**Personal Traits**:1. To possess **good analytical skills** - be able to identify trends in data, spot inaccuracies, and work with the Head to develop strategies to reduce taxes by analyzing company tax reports.2. To possess **good organization skills** and **prioritization**ensure that tasks are completed on time and files + documents can be found easily.3. Adequate knowledge of **Computer skills & Software skills** - to be able to hands on to use database software and accounting programs.4.
