Assistant Manager (Centre For Extension Education)

Provide full administrative and coordination services to students on Student Exchange Programme - Academic Exchange/ Internship (Inbound and Outbound)- Coordinate with UTAR administrative departments and faculties on the arrangement matters- Coordinate with partner universities on arrangement matters- Maintain good relationship with partner universities- Report to the Director and Head on the progress of each exchange- Review and recommend necessary follow-up actions for improvement- Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time- **Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage- Knowledge in computer skills especially Microsoft Office**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
