**Industry**:Financial services**Location**:Plaza IBM**Tenure**:Permanent role**Responsibilities:**-To assist the Deputy Senior Manager in coordinates the operation of the Corporate & Fleet Management Department- To oversees & monitor performance of KINTO One Business & Fleet HP Accounts Management- Coordinate & work closely with KINTO Team, Regional offices & other departments to ensure smooth daily operation- Prepares of monthly reporting / ad hoc reporting- To handle business expansion & business retention (KINTO Business One & Fleet HP Accounts Management)- To lead & monitor on daily operations matters (KINTO Fulfilment)- To continuous enhance operational processes & improve operations efficiency- To prepare analytics report & statistical studies on vehicle service & maintenance and LEV review- Act as relief to Deputy Senior Manager in her absent / Act as relief to Operation Team in the absent of teammates**Requirements:**-Graduated from an accredited college or university in an appropriate curriculum and through experience related to this class of work: or any equivalent combination of training or experience- Minimum experience of 3-5 years of which 2 years in the relevant field (including corporate sales & operations)- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.- Strong command in Microsoft Excel
