Responsibilities: Handle a full set of accounts and ensure that monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts, financial report, budget, taxation are prepared on timely manner. Review and analyses balance sheet, P&L such as monthly operating expenses and prepare analysis schedule. Prepare and review of monthly group management accounts and reports, cashflows forecast vs actual and another other group related tasks. Must possess a strong analytical ability to manage all accounting aspects which include AR/AP, cashflow planning and projection, debtor aging collection and budgetary management. Verify payment proposal and voucher ensure prompt & correct payments to suppliers based on set credit terms. Manage customer claims and incident report and proposal for the claim provision if any. Manage and overseeing finance and administration team member. Able to interact and liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretaries and regulators, ensuring timely submission of annual statutory audits, corporate tax, income tax and SST fillings. Work closely with business unit finance team for on-time delivery of monthly quarterly and yearly reports. To manage any other tasks/assignments from superior/management from time to time. Requirements: At least a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and/or professional account qualification. Minimum 4-5 years of financial related experiences Meticulous, highly organized and good analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
