Job Responsibilities:- To assist the Front Office Manager in day-to-day Front Office operations.- Effectively manages and oversees the daily operations of the Front Office.- Supervises room reservations and the allotments to ensure maximum yield is achieved.- To manage the guest experience by representing the Hotel in resolving any guest-related issues and ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.- Develops high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty.- Represents the Management in resolving any guest or property-related issues after office hours.**Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years working experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or similar capacity in a 4-star Hotel.- Able to work flexible and extended hours.- Able to work independently and as a team, resourceful, highly motivated, and results-oriented.**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shift**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Front Office: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- Other language (preferred)
