Manages the day to day operations of a retail store, directs and oversees all store functions.**1. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:- Increase sales and maximize profitability of the store- Achieve high Average Transaction Value of the store- Inventory Integrity, managing stock losses and conducting stock counts- Responsible for Staff Development & training in the store- Ensure all the Store Operation are compliance according to Valiram Group SOP- Ensure staff payroll are kept in minimum % versus sales target**2.
