With an extensive global network of facilities in 14 countries, SDO's operations oversees the trading, manufacturing and sales & marketing of oils and fats products, palm oil-based biodiesel, nutraceuticals and other derivatives.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions & responsibilities in Pasir Gudang Refinery.Carry out recruitment and succession planning activities.Manage capabilities and performance level across the business unit.Ensure all HR practices are in accordance with the guidelines and policies set by the Group.Oversee administrative matters in the refinery.Ensure the payroll system is well managed for accuracy and timely payment.Ensure appropriate training is planned and executed for employees and adherence to annual training plan of 40 hours per employee.Oversee IT functions and maintenance.Oversee all security issues and Auxiliary Police functions in the factory.Ideal CandidateGraduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR functions.Experience in FMCG/ manufacturing industry, as well as a background in liaising with Labour Unions and familiarity with industrial relations, is advantageous.Prior team management experience is desirable.Willingness to be based in Pasir Gudang Refinery.Why Join UsFlexible Benefits CoverageLearning on DemandEmployee Wellness ProgrammeEmployee Engagement ActivitiesFully Subsidized Sports ClubsEducation Assistance (terms & conditions apply)Embark on a captivating career journey with us!Career Page: https://www.simedarbyoils.com/careers
