Details of the offer

Responsibilities- To lead and work closely with the respective members of the Lease Admin team.- Responsible for ensuring the overall compilation and data integrity of tenant sales data for all malls under the WCT group.- To ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of tenant sales data in Hurricane Property Management System (HPMS).- Responsible for all matters related to the POS-HPMS and also on non sales submission issues.- To prepare monthly tenant sales reports/analysis to stakeholders, especially to all the mall center managers.- To report out the daily tenant sales to key stakeholders, especially to all the mall center managers.- To highlight underperforming tenants to the Leasing Department, as such, the Leasing Department can intervene early and help tenant look for ways to improve their sales performance.- To analyse tenants sales versus A&P (advertising & promotion) expenditure.- To provide tenant sales data for budgeting purposes.- To look for opportunities for standardisation among all malls and to recommend process improvements.- To set up clear SOP for the tenant sales compilation function, and ensure compliance.**Requirements**:- Possess Financial background(Credit Control would be preferred) and has knowledge of handling Tenancy Agreements.- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Development or its equivalent.- Experience in the Shopping Mall industry is a must.- Must possess good analytical skills and able to design and generate reports.- Have good communications skills especially oral and written communication in English.- Positive, resourceful, quick learner, good teamwork but able to work independently and able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.- Light travelling may be required.- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 4 years (required)
