Assistant Manager, Maintenance Technical

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**We are looking for an experienced **Assistant Technical Maintenance Manager** to lead team members in repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and facilities.You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our machinery, systems, and infrastructure and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations.- Inspect, maintain, and record the equipment and facilities under your jurisdiction.- Ensure the updated list of equipment, periodic preventive maintenance schedule and report, and spare part control list are available and accessible.- Coach and supervise technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals- Familiar with the operation principle and fault judgement method of infrastructure (power supply, fire control, etc.).- Participates in purchasing facilities, machinery and equipment as directed and in overseeing the installation, removal, or movement of all machinery and equipment.**You should be proficient and experienced in**:Hydraulics System ExperiencePLC (Programmable Logic Controller) ExperienceAbility to interpret electric and electronic drawings and specificationsMechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting SkillsTroubleshooting Industrial Machine Equipment**Requirement**- Five (5) or more years of work experience in a manufacturing environment- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance is an added advantage- Demonstrated ability to analyse faults and eliminate the root cause- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills with superiors, peers, and suppliers- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role**Benefits and Perks:- **- Personal accident and Health insurance coverage- Lunch meal provided- Paid Time Off- Paid Annual Leave- Annual Dinner- Year End Bonus- Anniversary Gift- Pantry Refreshments- Opportunity of annual increment based on performance**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- HolidaysSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Knowledge of Machine Troubleshooting ( motor, sensor, relay, contactor, power supply)**Experience**:- Electrical / Mechanical: 5 years (required)- Assistance Manager: 5 years (preferred)
