- Marketing and Communications Role: Supporting the Director, the Assistant Manager builds and increases the brand awareness, engagement and positioning. In this aspect, the role requires the Manager to continuously collaborate with colleagues on the global and regional functional areas including corporate communications, branding and marketing, membership relations, candidate relations, university relations and advocacy. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including members, candidates and volunteers; as well as external stakeholders including employers, regulators, and partners Establish the marketing strategy and to communicate to and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder for execution of the strategy Acquire and grow the candidate base, actively recruit new members Write, edit engaging content in a variety of formats including marketing/promotional collaterals, speeches, presentations and press releases Manage the design and content of all media channels (web, social media) ensuring brand and messaging alignment with the society’s guidelines Develop and manage advertising campaigns and handle all public relation and content marketing efforts To succeed in this Assistant Manager
- Marketing and Communications role, you will need to have extensive experience in marketing, communications and social media strategies. Key Requirements: Five to seven years in the communications field, preferably in the financial or professional services industries, with a proven track record in developing and managing external communications programs and projects Strong writing, editorial, and presentation development skills with meticulous attention to detail Savvy with digital communication tools and social media, able to transform complex ideas into accessible, reader-friendly communications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop productive and positive relationships across wide stakeholder groups and able to build a strong working relationship with colleagues Experience in project management, with flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations Demonstrated good judgement and sound business acumen The organisation promotes ethical standards and encourages professional development through continuing education.
