In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with managing all facets of our marketing operations, with the primary objective of driving growth and achieving our business objectives within the Flights category.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans across multiple channels, including paid performance, CRM, SEO, social media, and above-the-line marketing.Develop and monitor campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, consideration, and conversion for our Flights category.Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as AirAsia Aviation Group, Commercial Country Leads, Data, Digital Marketing Shared Services, Product, Technology, and Finance to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and leverage insights to enhance our competitive positioning and market share.Analyze key metrics impacting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience engagement to optimize campaign performance.Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new growth strategies.Oversee and manage digital projects, including contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both online and offline channels.Proficiency in various marketing platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and marketing landscape.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Google marketing stack (Data Studio, GTM, Ad Manager, Analytics, DV360, Campaign Manager).Basic understanding of SQL queries.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.Experience in Travel, Finance, or E-commerce sectors.Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation.Join us in shaping the future of travel marketing and make a meaningful impact in one of the most dynamic industries.
