Assistant Manager - Marketing, Promotions &

**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed to recruit local and international students to meet institutional recruitment targets.- Identify new marketing opportunities and work with education agents from Le Cordon Bleu worldwide.- Organise and participate in Open Days, Career Days, seminars and exhibitions.- Prepare monthly marketing report encompassing feedback, analysis and proposal on upcoming directions.- Maintain and develop a database of potential students.- Maintain an archive of articles related to the institute, competitors and the industry.- Manage the advertising and promotional materials of the company such as brochures, leaflets and premium items.- Responsible for the development, conceptualisation and implementation of all marketing activities.- Propose and prepare marketing plans and budgets.- Regional traveling to support local and regional recruitment activities, including agent trainings and workshops, exhibitions and counselling of prospective students and parents.- Ensure the sales and marketing budget and the operating costs are well managed.**Requirements**:- Possess a Degree in Marketing, Business or other related disciplines.- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Able to communicate proficiently in English and other languages.- Independent, being able to travel both locally and internationally.- Able to work on weekends.We thank all applicants for expressing their interest in this vacancy.
