Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate with Manager on PTM, QC and Cleanroom Packing planning.
Monitor overall quality and output of PTM, QC and Packing and ensuring customer requirements are met and achieve the KPI target.
Review and analyse the PTM, WC and Packing reports.
Review and control overall cleanroom gloves inventory.
Constantly look into improving of productivity and efficiency.
Review and update the quality system procedures and work instructions for the PTM, QC and Packing.
Review the daily, weekly and monthly planning for PTM, QC and Packing activity.
Review monthly duty roster for the PTM, QC and Packing.
Identify the training needs to ensure subordinates are well trained to carry out their functions effectively.
Ensure sufficient manpower for the department to operate effectively and efficiently.
Prepare and submit a monthly report to Manager.
Conduct and review the department meeting weekly and monthly.
Ensure company's regulation and safety and health regulation are followed.
Any other tasks that may be assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Science & Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sepang.
