Conduct market research in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify trends, competitor products, and opportunities within the medical device industry.- Gather insights from end users in clinical settings through surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions to conduct user needs assessments.- Analyze users' needs, pain points, and preferences to provide actionable insights.- Collaborate closely with the product development team to prioritize features and improvements that align with user needs and company objectives.- Assist in the development of functional prototypes for user testing and validation purposes.- Collect user feedback on prototypes and suggest further improvements based on user input.- Support the launch of new products in clinical settings and monitor their performance in the market post-launch.- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement through regular follow-ups with end users.- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical teams, and other key stakeholders involved in product introductions.- Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors to contribute to project success**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, biomedical engineering, or healthcare management.- Proven experience in market research, preferably within the medical device industry.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and end users.- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to drive decision-making.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.**Consultant: Wong****Tel: 03-7954 8440****OUR SERVICE FOR JOB SEEKER IS FREE!****Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
