Assistant Manager, Product Marketing (Laser Printer)

Job Description Plan and manage Operation Budget on a quarterly basis; Responsible for leading the laser printer marketing team towards effective marketing campaign of the laser printer to achieve the company's objective in sales and market share, inventory, pricing, product planning and positioning, profit and loss (P&L), marketing communication ideation and activation, segmentation, and channel program; Formulate effective marketing campaigns to achieve companys objectives in sales/market share/Gross Profit (GP) and Operating Profit (OP); Increase brand awareness through marketing programs, Marcom ideation & activation; Market visit to understand competitors activities and latest industry updates; Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget. Requirements Degree in Marketing or related field; At least 3 - 4 years of marketing and management experience; Possess strong communication and working relationship with Regional office. Dynamic and strong marketing acumen, able to make decisions, self-motivation, creative thinking, good team leader, able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
