We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.If you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.About the RoleProvide day to day SAP functional services covering the following SAP Modules namely Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting), Controlling and Project System for AIA Business Units.Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned.Perform diagnosis / investigation / troubleshooting.Perform configuration changes/ fixes or work closely with vendors where vital to resolve incident.Develop & update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation (i.e. Functional Specification Documentation (FSD)).Perform configuration / code changes & Unit Test (including coordination with 3rd party where vital).Prepare test scenarios & acceptance criteria.Advise on readiness for Regression Test / Production deploymentPrepare & submit Change Deployment Template.Close ticket upon successful Production deployment OR Close ticket upon receiving successful-deployment-confirmation from Integration Manager.Perform BAU activities as per defined in accordance to GA-FIT COE operational policy (i.e. Complexity Matrix, Standard Operating Procedure) which are generally of moderate to complex scenarios.Positive collaboration with all stakeholders on BAU related matters.Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency of the end user base and act as a SAP ambassador.Deliver training to end users.Participate in project activities with SAP focus.May require short term travel, standby and shift arrangements.Supporting Team Manager on work assignments as per required.Attractive benefits provided :-Medical insuranceWork life balanceHybrid working arrangementLearning & development #LI-DNI #LI-DNP !
