Job Description Manage "Profit2U" Portal, e.g. : Business Partners' Database, Product Models listing, Redemption programs, Sell Thru Reports, Stock Reports, general announcement etc.; Monitor Business Partners' sales performance trends, and maintain other sales indicators/metrics tracking etc.; Responsible for Business Partners' database & status updates via different platforms, Program Incentives Tabulations, and overall Business Partners' performance analysis; Prepare monthly Program Effectiveness Review (PER) report with results & payment status and announce results to Business Partners; Responsible for Business Partners database & status updates via different platforms; Monitor submission of Business Partners' sell-through, floor stock report & data verifications; Responsible for Business Partner (Reseller) Policies Management; Manage a subordinate in the daily performance of his/her role, e.g. : CN/DN, Incentives and A&P Payments, Order Processing etc.; Support operational issues, e.g. : Incentives discrepancy, P2U Redemption error, Reports errors etc; Assist in Operation Process Enhancements & System Enhancement Projects, e.g. : "Profit2U" portal; Assist in Audit preparation, Standard operating procedure reviews /revisions and ensure compliance with procedures & policies; Support in ad-hoc projects, Sales/Business Partners analysis reports or presentations to management as needed. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Software or equivalent field; At least 5 years demonstrated success in related function, with at least 1 year of management/supervisory experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (key functions/formulas), PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint etc; Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes; Work independently with good initiative and minimum supervision.
