In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:Lead and manage and digital initiatives across the Group (e.g. SIMS);Collaborate and support the team in sustainability related initiatives e.g. sustainability reporting and digitalization initiatives;Manage Apical Group's sustainability data (environment, HR, HSE, traceability, NDPE IRF etc.);- Ensure comprehensiveness, accuracy, quality and timely availability of the data- Support sustainability team on data collection and consolidation;- Engage with data owners and coordinate data collection activities;- Engage with internal and external stakeholders/consultants on data collation and external auditMonitor and analyse developments in sustainability (peers, regulations, reporting standards);Support Business Units team with any requests e.g. data, queries;Support initiatives development in relation to sustainability roadmap and strategies;Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree or other equivalent higher-level training in Information Technology/System, Environment/Sustainability or Business, related disciplines;- 3+ years of work experience, ideally with experience in sustainability/reporting/accounting- Strong analytical skills and project management skills- Strong knowledge and skills in system development and data management- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);- Organized and meticulous, good sense of responsibility and willing to learn;- Positive and pleasant personality;- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
