Assistant Marketing & Communications

**Location**:Petaling Jaya, MY**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.- Support the maintenance of the company's website and intranet (Fantree Portal), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.- Collaborate with team members on the coordination of events, trade shows, and other internal activities.- Assist in the production of internal and external communications, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.- Assist in video production and graphic design- Assist in the updating of media contact list- Assist with other general administrative and communications support**Job Requirements**:- Possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication or a relevant field.- Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and practices of branding and communications- Demonstrate skills in copywriting, proofing and editing skills- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions- Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Knowledge of design software and video creation is a plus- 6 months contract- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
