You will be responsible for key NPD projects in the Supply Chain space. The key focus of this role is to manage New Product Development launch for Malaysia and Singapore market, driving cost and service improvements across the supply chain spanning Planning, Customer Service and Logistics. You will assist team in managing Master Data Governance of the products portfolio ensuring the integrity and controls in place.Every launch recommendation/development brief entails kick-starting the a new project working closely marketing, commercial sales, Activity Manager at factory, nutritionist, product development team, procurement, quality assurance, packaging technologist, demand planner, regulatory associates and logistics teams. The scope of this role will be covering the market entailed to the role.**Key Areas of Responsibilities**:- Project Manage NPD/EPD launches into the business.- Co-ordinate the communication between the factories and the commercial team stakeholders related to NPD.- Management of the change-over of products, ensuring mínimal obsolete stock, lowest write off of materials and the on-time availability,- Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to track projects and ensure timeline is met.- Work closely with planning, customer service, finance and marketing team to drive improvement in costs and service.- Enhance and improve procedures to drive overall supply chain efficiencies.- Contingency planning and issue resolution related specifically to new product launches.- Participate in prioritization and planning of quality improvement initiatives and process simplification.- Devise critical paths and deliver them within deadline.- Prepare and maintain all project timelines.- Responsible for creation and update of item master. Act as master data steward focusing on governance and integrity of**Qualification, Skills and Experience**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognized university.- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain (across Supply & Demand Planning, Logistics, NPI etc.)- Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP Hana is added advantage- Able to identify priority tasks to meet tight deadlines under a fast-paced environment- Basic understanding of project management methodology and knowledge- Strong influencing / communication expertise- Able to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently- Able to consolidate large volumes of complex information, interpret & construct straightforward plans- Confident and capable of operating at all levels and able to resolve conflict situations- Competent with PC tools and information systems with advanced knowledge of Excel- Able to challenge the status quo and propose improvement.**Equality**:At Reckitt, we recognise that in real life, great people don't always 'tick all the boxes'.
