**Urgent Hiring for Assistant Nurse Manager (Operating Room)****LOCATION OF HOSPITAL**- Riyadh**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible of providing assistance in managing the services and activities of the assigned nursing unit including planning, organizing and directing all internal support functions. Ensure that the everyday activities related to the assigned nursing unit are run smoothly by setting parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the unit is operating. Report progress to immediate superior.- Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patients/families, other health care team members and staff of other departments- Monitor effectiveness of standard of patient care and nursing policies and procedures and appropriately refer deviations. Participate actively in Nursing and/or hospital committee and workgroups as required.- Documents all assessments, interventions and other pertinent information in the patient's health care record in a timely and ongoing manner.- Promotes continuity of patient care through oral and written communication.- Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patients/families, other health care team members and staff of other departments.- Participate in teaching and mentoring of Nursing, Medical and Paramedical students, Interns and Residents.
