Assistant - Operations (Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru)

1. Assist other Operations department to ensure the mall is in a good condition2. To prepare and compile monthly report for Head of Department meeting on a monthly basis3. Analyze and to prepare a report and to ensure proper documentation and other administrative works4. Coordinate meetings that are related to the General Manager5. Act as back-up to Manager in performing business operations duties6. Work with Customer Service to ensure tenants follow the mall's rules and regulations7. Be responsive to tenants and customer's needs8. Coordinate with Managers to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups9. Liaise with government authorities for any legal or licensing matters**Requirement**1. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.2. A diploma or degree holder in either Business or equivalent fields.Schedule:- Monday to Friday- On call
