1. Assist Loading Master during pilotage of incoming vessel from waiting are or pilot boarding to a position at the stern of the facility for the purpose of making fast to the facility. Assistance Mooring Master will be stationed at forecastle during berthing / unberthing. 2. Reporting to Loading, this role will assist in the management of berthing operations between tankers and the FSO. 3. Monitoring the preparation of mooring area and tanker crew tasks. 4. Co-ordination of crew tasks as per mooring master instructions at the bow and on the main deck of the tanker. 5. Provide assistance to the tanker crew for mooring, hose handling and connecting operations. 6. Upon completion of loading and when the vessel is ready to sail, the Assistance Loading Master shall assist Loading Master unmoor the vessel and navigate to a safe location clear of the facility, oil platforms, structures, barges, buyos and others objects in and around the oilfield, avoiding any "No Go" areas, before disembarking to return to the facility. 7. Maintain close liaison with the Facility's cargo control room during cargo operation. 8. Supervise the connection and disconnection of cargo hoses as and when required by the Company. 9. Ensure the proper use of equipment and tools belonging to company. 10. Assist in pre-offloading safety meeting on board of the lifting tanker. 11. Supervise and coordinate loading operation. 12. Ensure correct documentation procedures of curde/hydrocarbons loaded into vessel's cargo tanks. 13. Ensure that the safety health and environment rules regulations, policy, procedures, practices and standards of the company or its client (to be determined by company for the applicable facility or the worksite) are complied with in order to achieve a safe loading operation. 14. Advise the Company Site Representative (CSR) or the master of the facility on action to take in event of adverse weather condition that may result in the vessel moving towards the facility. 15. Assist in safe handling of vessel with the observance of good seamanship. 16. Observance of safe practice and making judicious judgment while performing his duty with the objective of keeping risks as low as reasonable practicable. 17.
