Quantity Surveyor

Responsible of Quantity Surveyor task such as Valuation, Measurement, Taking off final Account, Variation Order and etc. Preparation of interim claim, sub contractor claims and etc. In charge in the estimation of new project costing, preparations of specifications, BQ and other tender requirements. To attend Consultant Meetings / Site Meetings with regard to the work progress, site problems etc. To communicate with consultants / clients on contract issues. To keep track and control the expenses of project to make sure the expenditure is in control at all time. To handle any other job functions as assigned by the Management from time to time. To assist in preparation of Report / Site Progress etc.Greatchain (M) Sdn. Bhd.
