Assistant Ppc

**Responsibilities**- Coordinate and monitor the production planning process to ensure on-time delivery of products- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production schedules and ensure efficient allocation of resources- Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials- Identify and address any production issues that may arise, working with the appropriate teams to find solutions- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process- Develop and maintain production reports and metrics to track performance**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field- Proven experience in production planning control or a similar role in the Automotive industry- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in using production planning software and other relevant tools- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the Automotive industry- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM2,100.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Tips**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
