Assistant Product Developer (Admin)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Participate in Product Development Process for new program / product such as conduct research, follow up QM test report, brief designer / packaging team.2. To conduct market survey / research and preparing reports.3. Prepare shopping list and shortlisting buying list.4. To follow up new product catalogs and quotation requisition revert from purchasers.5. Prepare seasonal buying list and update information.6. Assist team in creating new product names.7. Prepare product specification.8. Follow up sample status, ie. Sample ready dates, receiving dates, sample location, records courier tracking numers9. Monitor product submission deadline.10. Assist team in sample comment form, proof reading artworks, artwork amendment requisition, changes on price / RSP.11. Provide administrative support to Superior and Team.12. Update H&L big picture (new items or discontinue design).13. Assist team in arranging samples to HQ for QC and photo shooting.14. Updating evaluation reports with new products.15. Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION**Degree in relevant field with 1 year of working experience in research and development capacity.**REQUIREMENTS**- Good command of English, preferably both written and spoken- Good personality towards team mates and all related departments- Respectful towards his/her superior, team mates and others- Able to deal with various challenges efficiently with a positive attitude- Responsible, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision- Aggressive in achieving goals and meeting deadlines- Passionate towards the brand, products and job- Good interpersonal skills**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
