Monitor and oversee day-to-day operations including manpower and resource deployment to ensure efficient and cost effective;- Responsible to communicate with related department and plan the incoming orders and production planning activities;- Monitor production output and quality performance, stock levels and returns or each products on daily basis;- To provide monthly reports to your immediate superior on Operations performance and improvement plan;- Competitive activities and recommendations to achieve / improve operations activities for the department;- Take initiative on innovative ideas to meet the expectation of the company goals;- Utilize appropriate systems to manage factory production, functions, analysis and documentation;- Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review;- Maintain accurate records;- Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a daily/ weekly and monthly basis or as otherwise required;- To establish methodology & SOP for proper operation of production equipment and to ensure process consistency.- To work closely with Maintenance, Facility & Project team to update all relevant engineering documents (Equipment List) to ensure information is up to date.- To plan, develop and implement training programs for production and warehouse; assess program requirements, employee skills, compliance with governmental regulations and operational efficiency to determine training needs- Manage the department work force and equipment to meet production goals- Ensure that production stays on schedule and within budget- Hire, train, and evaluate department work force to ensure they meet performance requirements- Assess and create solutions to address production issues and/or to improve efficiency.- Monitor quality standards and address issues- Monitor daily and track the efficiency level on production output for each production lines and sections.- Coordinate and facilitate inter-departmental and inter-section production flow.- Prepare, monitor and verify on daily report on set production target, stock/inventory levels and production output for Director's review.- Review to ensure production process in accordance to production schedule and plan towards meeting the set targets and quality.- Ensure adequate and timely availability of raw materials for production process.- Supervise production flow, processes and manpower to ensure compliance and adherence to quality, delivery target and stock availability.- Trouble shoot to solve production delays, down time and problems.- Assist Manager to conduct research and development initiatives to produce new products.- Prepare statistical periodical reports on manufacturing activities, production targets and achievements.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,604.59 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsAbility to Commute:- Semenyih (required)Ability to Relocate:- Semenyih: Relocate before starting work (required)
