a) To plan, organize, control, and evaluate projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, budget, and safety requirements.b) To be responsible to issue any required supporting documents to protect the company's interest in any event of issues arising, obstructions, or contractual matters that affect the project progress.c) To ensure the validity of insurance, work permit and any other necessary documents required during work in progress.d) To ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison or attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities in a timely and cost-effective manner.e) To complete projects according to client's requirement.f) To effectively manage resources such as financial, manpower, materials and machineries productively and efficiently within the budget and maintain good quality of site activity being performed by own resource or outsource (sub-contractors).g) To ensure project handed over in a proper manner.h) To prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing project information and trends and recommending improvement plans.i) To participate in the tendering process.j) To develop the competence level of subordinates by providing continuous improvement training program.k) To hire the subordinate staff and supervise closely their performance.l) Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.Job Requirements- Minimum **4 years experience in handling underground cabling TNB projects**.- **Proactively** update and report to Project Manager all the progress and status.- Willing to travel outstation (within Malaysia).- Energetic, positive and good team player.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- When is your availability to start work?- What is your expected salary?**Experience**:- TNB underground cabling- project management: 3 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 11/26/2023
