Assistant Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible in establish design criteria and review consultants designs and assist Project Manager to handling project planning, safety and quality system implementation.- To check and ensure that correct construction drawings are issued timely.- To follow up with local authorities to secure timely approvals in accordance to the project schedule.- Daily monitor on site operation/ progress and overseeing all structure, civil, architectural and assist Project Manager solving site issue(if any).- Independence, self-motivated and able to coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers & local authorities, etc.- To coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time & etc.- Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.**Requirements**:- At least 4-5 years relevant experience in property development.- Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.- Knowledge of planning software such as Microsoft / AutoCAD will be an advantage.- Must possess own transportation for outstation projects and must be willing to travel.- Good command of English, Malay & Mandarin both written and spoken.Full-Time position(s) available.
